Yes. Upgrades take effect right away with prorated billing, and downgrades start at your next billing cycle.
We notify you at 80% usage. On the Free plan, API requests return an error once you hit the limit — they resume at your next billing cycle or when you upgrade. On paid plans, extra screenshots are billed at your plan rate, from $0.009 on Starter down to $0.003 on Business.
No. On every plan you only pay for successful requests, so timeouts and errors never count against your quota.
Checkout runs through Paddle. We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.
No. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel from your dashboard at any time.
