ScreenshotRun is operated by Vitalii Holubenko, Kyiv, Ukraine. All payments are processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record.

You have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of the transaction date without giving any reason.

After 14 days, refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle on a case-by-case basis.

For subscription plans, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. There are no refunds for unused subscription periods.

Refund requests may be refused if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.
